Ac maintenance call. Performed and completed the annual maintenance and cleaning on a Trane AC system.
Completed ESP air conditioning inspection on a newly installed Amana condenser. Pressures and temperatures appear fine with good sub cooling. Cycled system numerous times without issue and now operating correctly at this time.

Completed furnace inspection. Customer previously experiencing blower motor issues. Found failed blower speed tap. Integrated new speed tap with more cfm’s of airflow. Cycled furnace numerous times without issue and now operating correctly at this time.
